1. How often do you inspect our property?
It depends on the contract you subscribe to. The minimum is once per month, though we recommend a minimum of two visits per month to make sure you have no nasty surprises.

2. Can you manage every aspect of my villa, the pool, gardens etc.?
Of course we can, we can take care of anything.

3. Do you check the water meter when inspecting my property?
Yes we check it and if we see unusual activity we will inform you and can close the water if required.

4. What happens if you find an issue at my property?
We send an immediate report of the condition of your property, but if we find a serous issue we will contact you immediately. If we cannot make contact we will take the necessary measures to assist.

5. Can you inspect my villa after a large storm?
Yes we can, we can also inspect it extra at your request if you are concerned about anything.

6. Can you rent out my property?
No we don’t undertake renting, but we do assist with changeovers, cleaning etc.

7. How many additional checks after major storms are included in the contract?
Between 2 and 3 per year depending on the contract you have chosen
